Rede de Bibliotecas de Braga - Website Design

The website for the Rede de Bibliotecas de Braga was redesigned in accordance with the client’s updated graphic identity to create a clear, engaging and user-centred online presence.

The main goal of the project was to highlight the network’s activities and facilitate navigation across a diverse range of content, including events, participating schools, news and reading recommendations. The interface uses the client’s visual system consistently throughout the site, ensuring brand alignment and coherence.

A key feature of this build was the homepage, which provides an overview of key content areas - showcasing featured events, news, the author of the month and book suggestions - giving users immediate access to the most relevant information without overwhelming them. The structure supports both general visitors and specific audiences (students, educators, families) in discovering activities and library resources across the network.

The final result is a well-organized, brand-consistent and community-focused platform that supports the client’s mission to promote reading, literacy and cultural engagement across Braga.
